The beech wood has a nice weight to it, so it doesn't slide around when my kid sends a car flying into it. Solid little piece, and it's held up fine after a few weeks of daily racing.

The grain on this solid beech wood is beautiful and it has some real heft to it—no wobble when I set it up next to my racers. It’s sturdy enough that I don’t worry about it tipping over mid-race, and the finish feels smooth to the touch.

I was a little nervous about how flimsy these kinds of accessories can be, but this beech wood pylon is genuinely heavy and stable. It’s already survived a few chaotic afternoons with my kids’ racers, and it hasn’t budged once.
