I was worried the magnets would be too weak for heavier die-cast cars, but they snap right into all 17 spots and hold tight even when my kid bumps the shelf. Cleanup is finally easy since every car has its own numbered space.

The solid beech wood feels way nicer than the plastic garages I've bought before, and the 17 magnetic spots mean my son actually puts the cars back instead of leaving them everywhere.

The magnetic hold is genius—my toddler can drive his cars up the ramps and they click right into their own spots without toppling over. The solid beech wood feels sturdy enough to survive years of play, and those 17 spaces keep the living room floor finally clear of Hot Wheels.
