VW T1 Smoky Blue

The solid beech wood feels great in the hand—much nicer than plastic toys. Love the retro Smoky Blue paint job, it's super nostalgic. Perfect little piece for my shelf.

Bought this for my desk and it's surprisingly hefty for something so small, solid beech wood with no hollow plastic feel at all. The water-based paint has this soft matte finish that looks way nicer in person than in the photos.

My nephew is rough on toys, but the solid beech body has already survived a few drops onto tile without a dent. The water-based paint doesn't smell like chemicals either, which I appreciate since he still puts everything in his mouth.
