The pair-to-play setup means two kids can actually race side by side instead of fighting over one track, which has been a lifesaver. Just remember the cars and the Super Speed playset are sold separate

My kid races his cars down both lanes for hours, and the loop at the bottom actually keeps them from flying off the track. Snapping the two lane pieces together was easy, though you'll want a grown-up for the initial setup.
